The Legacy of Bob Weir

Following the passing of Bob Weir, guitarist, songwriter, and founding member of the Grateful Dead, Matt Kibbe takes a moment to explain what made his favorite band so special after six decades of activity. In addition to carrying on the band’s legacy, music, and reputation after the death of Jerry Garcia, Weir fostered a unique community of die hard fans who understood the connection between individual freedom and personal responsibility as well or better than most libertarians.
