Sienna Mae Heath is a writer, human rights poet, and host of Real Unity with Free the People.

She is also the star and scriptwriter of the short documentary Real Unity, which screened at the Anthem Film Festival (FreedomFest) in 2021. In the early 2020s, she led the Leaving the Left for Liberty interview series and later hosted Food is Freedom, exploring gardening, food sovereignty, and natural living—presenting on the garden as a sacred blueprint for a more beautiful world on the main stage at the 2025 Porcupine Freedom Festival.
