Joel Davis is not a criminal. He’s a patient battling his addiction to opioids and using medical cannabis as a natural alternative to dangerously addictive drugs. Free the People follows his journey of self-discovery, and his realization that medical decisions should be between patients and their doctors, not politicians.
Not a Criminal is also available to watch for free on Amazon Prime Video: http://a.co/d/2g87ofM
I have a similar situation, with scar tissue on a nerve that causes chronic pain, and may be causing neuropathy. They can’t do anything permanent because that nerve controls several important systems, including bowel control. They shouldn’t lump us in with criminal addicts. These politicians, by and large though there are exceptions, are not doctors. Butter think they should dictate to doctors how we’re cared for and what treatments we can have. And they don’t want to hear from us.
I hope you improve, and that this works for you.
No, you are not a criminal.
God Speed, Joel Davis! I am a chronic pain patient also. I have been opiate free for 18 months. I use an unconventional treatment that has to be compounded, but have absolutely changed my life. It is Low Dose Naltrexone. I take 5mg daily. In low doses it acts to block the receptors temporarily so your system increases production of beta-endorphines. It is also a glial cell modulator. In any case, I have no cognitive effects from it, I have more energy and less pain. If cannabis works for you, you should be able to use it. You are definitely not a criminal in my eyes.
Lately, I’ve been hearing Rand Paul, who I voted for in the primaries, praising President Trump as “a genius” and a “fellow freedom crusader” and I was so disappointed. He is praising the man who calls freedom of the press “a cancer,” and “enemy of the people. Trump claims that without his influence “we will become Vene uela.” When Trump had a side meeting with Putin at the G20 summit, it was reported that when Putin said that he doesn’t tolerate critical reporters, he has them jailed or worse, Trump exclaimed his enthusiasm and said “I’d like to do that back home but I can’t yet”. Yet!!!!! When I see Free the People standing with Rand Paul, who idolizes Trump, I become alarmed, with good reason.
